UV-CIPP local repair unit
The Prolan photopolymerization point repair system mainly consists of a UV photopolymerization point repair unit and photopolymerization point repair materials, which are mainly used for repairing local defects in drainage pipelines. Choosing different sizes of airbags based on different pipe diameters can accurately repair defect points.
Product Features
Equipped with a high-definition camera that can rotate 360 °, it can accurately locate the location of defects, and the curing process allows for real-time monitoring of the airbag inflation fit.
Two lamp stands are grouped together, and the middle connection can be bent at an angle of not less than 150 °, making it convenient to go down the well and enter the pipeline. The wheels at both ends of the lamp stand are designed with two gears, making it easy for the lamp stand to move inside the pipeline.
Equipped with a mobile digital control tablet, it provides complete process control and automatic saving of fixed data for repair.
It can meet the local repair requirements for DN200-DN600 pipe diameters.
The maximum walking speed is 4m/min, and it can be adjusted in real-time during wire winding
