Prolan assists in the construction of DN2000 sewage pipeline in Beipai and successfully repairs it
The DN2000 ultraviolet pipeline in-situ solidification and repair project undertaken by Beijing Beipai Construction Company belongs to the sewage pipeline relocation project in Chaoyang District, Beijing.
The pipeline network to be repaired is a DN2000 sewage main pipe, which is divided into two sections, 157 meters and 11 meters respectively, with a total length of 168 meters.
Vehicles passing through, there is a risk of collapse in the pipeline, and overall repair is urgently needed.

Repair Overview
Fix difficulties
1. Due to the unique geographical location of the project, it requires crossing rivers and multiple roads, which makes the project difficult and places extremely high demands on materials and construction;
2. The project is buried at a depth of 17 meters, and the design elastic modulus of UV-CIPP UV cured hose material must be higher than 20000 MPa;
3. The repair of DN2000 large diameter pipes is the first of its kind in China. Due to the heavy material of the lining hose of the large diameter pipes, it may cause material distortion when going into the well. If there is insufficient construction experience, it may lead to curing failure;
4. The repair of a DN2000 * 168m pipeline requires strict control over pressure holding and travel time, which is a severe test for UV curing lamps.
